Alternatives to OG

I've created links below to Outpost Wrinkley, Doctor Who Online & Outpost Skaro. Hopefully the promised Gallifrey Base will appear soon.
I imagine that one will emerge as the main new Doctor Who fandom hub. And this blog is always here.....

This blog, a major Fandom hub?

HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, I've gone to the New Toyroom forum, so I might only see your stories on here, although I'm sure I'll probably end up on Gallybase...

Loathe as I am to comment here, I'd be a jerk not to give my thanks for the links to all the potential new OGs. Thanks.

Typical. You spend the best part of four years hacking into a forum under a plethora of new IDs and just when you manage it, the bastards shut the whole forum down.

And then delete it!

Thank Christ, Darker Projects have given me a job doing Doctor Who audios, eh? Good things are gonna happen.

BTW, Spara, one of my stories has been a hit on Fan Fic dot Net - shamefully, it was "Barren Earth" which featured Ben Chatham. Never fear, anyone who thinks I created the little sod will be told the truth and directed here.

This is excellent news!

You will however be welcomed back to Gallifrey Base as YOA. They're wiping the slate clean for all.

You sound just like the Cyberleader in Earthshock when you say that.

For the record, the reviews are here.

BTW, was shocked to discover not only have I been a member of DWO since 2006, YOU'VE been a member since 2003.

Those reviews are certainly very good.

I joined DWO ages ago however because OG was busier I stayed with the latter.

Something similar happened to me. DWO seems a lot less friendly for some reason. Maybe it's the colours scheme, I dunno.

BTW, you really should get a copy of RTD's the Writer's Tale. It's not a bunch of phone conversations, you know, but RTD basically explaining all the thought that went into Season 4, full of irritatingly-well-drawn cartoons by the man himself.

Apart from anything else, there's the original opening to The Next Doctor, the discovery of who replaced Saxon as Prime Minister of Great Britain, Moffat's first reaction to getting the offer to run Doctor Who, and shocking evidence as to how much of Fires of Pompeii was actually written by Keith Temple.

Sides, no one takes you seriously as a Who expert till you've read it, as I found out.

BTW, Spara you can stop panicking. At great personal cost I've salvaged all your BC fiction (and LBC's fic too) from OG and it will uploaded to Jared's archive at his discretion.

You owe me, dude.

I clearly do. Thanks.

I may well have to get 'The Writers Tale' & give it a go.
I'll post a review when I do.

I have just joined Outpost Doctor Who or is it just Outpost Who? Either way I'm sure a bit of Barry Tuck (Played by Johnny Vegas) will cheer the place up.
